- You enter into a large open plan living room with the dining area to your right.The open plan kitchen is cleverly hidden by a side wall that as you pass, suddenly disappears to reveal the kitchen/dining area.
- The open plan fitted kitchen comes complete with all the essential mod-conswith sufficient preparation and serving areas.
- There are two dining areasone that serves as a breakrfast room and the other one can be used for a more formal/luxurious dining experience.

- Walmart, Publix and Wallgreens are no more than 4 minutes away in either direction.
